US DOMESTIC SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICKUP

Thank you for shopping with PAIR'D! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process and local pickup option.

We currently ship orders within the United States only. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We also offer free local pickup for customers in the Anderson, South Carolina area. If you choose local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive an email or text message with pickup instructions within 72 hours of placing your order. Please wait for this message before arriving to pick up your items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

RETURNS

At PAIR'D, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of damage or use. Returns must be requested and postmarked within 10 days of the item’s delivery or local pickup date, depending on how the order was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Please note that all sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
